Oz Wide Audio Pty Ltd is a family owned and run business which was created by Director Jason Davis, Jason has over 30 years in the event and entertainment industries. After first starting Bathurst Sound and Lighting in 1990.

At the start of 2011 the company was re-branded to form JD Events Pty LTD, in early 2017 JD Events purchased Mac-Hire in Orange to expand our market to include the whole of the Central Western NSW.

In 2021 after running JD Events for Ten years is was decided to sell the Event side of the Company to Patti’s Hire service Pty Ltd and create a new company called Oz Wide Audio to once again specializing in Audio, Video and Lighting Service covering not just Bathurst, Orange, Lithgow and Central West of NSW but Australia wide. Specializing in 100v line Horn speaker public address systems and corporate PA, Lighting and Video systems.

Oz Wide Audio carry a wide and varied showcase of items available for hire including an extensive range of sound, lighting, and AV options.
